Data we may process

When you contact us, we may process your name, surname, business email, phone number, company, role, message content and technical information needed to deliver the enquiry.

B2B product enquiries may also include product name, CAS number, grade, quantity, destination market, documentation requirements, requested specification, commercial context and correspondence history.

Newsletter requests may include your business email address and consent or request records. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to handle enquiries, communicate with business contacts, prepare responses, coordinate product and documentation requests, maintain contact records, protect the website, and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
